- Integrate with hosted LLM providers using modern tool/function-calling patterns and quality guardrails.
- Develop and maintain secure MCP-style tool servers for SQL, internal APIs, and file/report systems.
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, secrets management, and least-privilege access patterns.
- Drive observability across logs, metrics, tracing, and dashboards.
- Establish testing strategies spanning unit, integration, failure simulation, and contract testing.
- Provide architectural direction, mentorship, reviews, documentation, and golden-path patterns for future AI dev work.
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and alignment of AI capabilities with product priorities.
What You Bring

- Skill in designing API/tool contracts (schemas, versioning, error handling, limits).
- Solid grounding in security: authZ/authN, least privilege, secrets, data minimization.

- Comfort working in Windows/on-prem enterprise environments.
